The practice is structured around two streams of care, each with its own billing model.
Retainer
Forensic & legal consultation
Forensic engagements are handled case-by-case via retainer. Fees depend on the scope of the referral question, volume of records, anticipated assessment, and whether deposition or trial testimony will be required.
- Initial scoping consultation (complimentary)
- Hourly rate for review, evaluation, report writing, and travel
- Separate rate schedule for deposition and trial testimony
Private pay / OON
Therapy & assessment
The practice is private-pay / out-of-network. Superbills are provided for possible reimbursement through your insurer.
- Individual psychotherapy (50 min)
- Family / couples session (60 min)
- Psychological assessment battery testing
- Neuropsychological evaluation
Out-of-network care preserves the privacy and depth of the therapeutic relationship and allows the assessment battery to be matched to what each person actually needs, not what an insurer will authorize.
